Custom interior design packages are available for the three Ocean Estate Villa types, alongside bespoke South Bank kitchen and lighting designs for every residence type of South Bank.

The Boathouses
1 – 3 bedroom townhouses each with a dedicated boat dock and outdoor dining terrace. The Boathouses range in size from 1,464 – 2,336 sq. ft. of covered living space.

The Lagoon
3 – 5 bedroom villas located on a generous beachfront swimming lagoon. Lot sizes range from 0.24 – 0.55 acres and villas feature 3,000 sq. ft. of covered living space.

The Ocean Estate
The Ocean Estate I introduces the Dune, Banks, Shoal and Reef Villas – a collection of 3 – 7 bedroom villas directly on Long Bay beach or the striking iron shore. Varying layouts are available ranging from 3,200 to 7,700 sq. ft. of covered living space. Dedicated boat docks are available.
